These terms cover how we work together. We've kept them short and human. By using our website or hiring Shepherd Support, you're agreeing to what's below.
What we provide
Shepherd Support places trained virtual assistants and delivers web building, automations, and CRM management for real estate professionals and business owners. We do our work with skill, integrity, and continuous support.
What we ask of you
- Treat the people we place with the respect any teammate deserves.
- Provide the access, context, and feedback your VA needs to do great work.
- Pay invoices on the agreed schedule.
- Use our website and services lawfully and in good faith.
Payments & cancellations
Services are billed monthly in advance. There are no long-term contracts — you may cancel any time with fourteen (14) days' notice. We don't issue refunds for partial months, but we'll always make it right if something is genuinely off.
Ownership of work
Once paid in full, the websites, automations, and deliverables we build for you are yours. We retain rights to general methods, code patterns, and tools we develop in the course of our work.
Confidentiality
Your business information stays your business. Every Shepherd Support team member operates under a confidentiality agreement, and we treat client data with the discretion we'd want for our own.
Limits of liability
We work hard, but we're human. Shepherd Support is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
